As part of our group travel management and business travel solutions, Applehouse Travel is able to provide seamless ground services including airport concierge services. We work with one of the world’s leading VIP Airport Concierge service providers enabling us to offer our clients booking business travel a wide range of services at more than 500 international locations, including all key UK airports.

• Departure Service: On departure, we can arrange for passengers to be taken through the airport with minimum inconvenience or delay. The service can include pre-check in and seating. Passengers are met from their vehicle and fast-tracked through all airport procedures. From here, they are escorted to the appropriate lounge and subsequently onwards to the aircraft gate.
• Arrival Service: On arrival, we can arrange for passengers to be met as soon as they step off the aircraft and escorted through customs and immigration. Assistance with luggage collection can also be arranged and baggage porters pre-booked. Bags are transferred out of the arrivals hall to awaiting vehicles. Hotel check-in can also be taken care of.
• Airport Lounges: In cases where passengers are not entitled to lounge access with their ticket, we can arrange access to exclusive lounges at over 200 destinations worldwide, whether travelling in First, Business or Economy class.
